National Adult Literacy Database /Base de Données en Alphabétisation des Adultes The NALD provides a comprehensive and readily accessible database of adult literacy programs, resources, services and activities across Canada. Readers of all nationalities, and educators to all age groups, will be impressed by their far-reaching collections:
Full-Text Documents: From this page, you can access scholarly documents such as research reports, directories, articles, and reviews.
Story of the Week: This page allows adult learners to share their original stories, some of which can be listened to, as well as read. A new story is featured each week, while others can be found in the Archives.
Educational Resources: In addition to their own collections, above, the NALD provides direct links to help busy practitioners visit other useful resources.

The California Distance Learning Project
