If you already have a set lesson plan that you follow, then it might not be as useful, but if you make your own lessons, it's perfect! It's true, if you need a lesson and have nothing to start with--a rarity in my experience--you could whip something up with this. This book is also very helpful when you can't think of examples "off the top of you head," but you know the "grammar-point" you want to make. For instance, it lists exceptions to rules, idioms, prespositions, common mistakes made by specific groups of language learners, etc... I've used it at least three times a week for four years!
