Six titles give toddlers an early start in learning a foreign language at the same time that they are learning their own. The left-hand page gives picture-caption word in English and the right-hand page gives the Spanish equivalent. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Great to start bilingual educationBilingual book with colorful pictures of family members Rating: - good graphics, poor guide to pronunciation"Family = La Famille" provides a good starting point for parents wanting to teach young children (1-3 years) French. Unfortunately, the guide to pronunciation is inaccurate and appears to be written by a non-French speaker. The graphics are interesting and appealing to young readers. I would recommend this book for parents/teachers who have a good grasp of French pronunciation already.
