It's a nice book, but if you have a good Word Study program you don't need it. I especially wouldn't recommend it if you are using Words Their Way. I bought this book thinking it would be a handy thing to have the students make their own letter books. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Resource
This is a great resource for early grades and special education. The format is easy to follow and the pictures help young children identify the words.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Two Page Package
This is an excellent resource for the early childhood teacher. This book offers the opportunity for children to write the letters, to read words that begin with the letters and to look for environmental print containing each letter. Each letter of the alphabet is a neat little package in two pages. The pages are folded into a small book. It gives children a concrete method for reviewing the letters when taken home to share with family members. For children with little or no access to books at home, ... Read More
